Sacrum Silentium

” It is in silence that we find God, and in silence that we discover our true self. And in discovering our true self, we discover the particular vocation which God has given us for the building up of his Church and the redemption of our world. ” – Sumus Pontifex Benedict XVI

About chrisplance

I am Christian, specifically Catholic! I am a graduate of Westmont college in Santa Barbara, California, where I found my faith in Jesus Christ. I began studying theology in college and now it is my desire to know the truths about this world that God has created. I am studying theology at Franciscan University in Stubenville, Ohio. I love working with teens! I love my Church! I love my family! I love all my friends! I owe a lot to them for their support and constant forgiveness. My momma is my world. My sister is my universe. My father is the best! I love being active. I love little kids. I love water, dirt and country music. I love blue jeans and plane t-shirts. I love the essence and reality of love, especially when it is presented to a broken heart. I love that people fight for what they believe in, but what I love most is when people are on an endless search for the truth. I think dogs are fun and cats are boring. Pizza is good but a good burrito is BOMB! I am a sinner. I sin every day. I hope for heaven. I believe in salvation. I look for only one thing and that is forgiveness. It's not about me. It's about Him, His Glory and ours to share in. I own a truck. Windows down. Chicken. Steak. Chips and dip with a coke. The Eucharist is my source of sanctity. Yes, I confess to a priest!
